Sonar (sonaraistudio.com) is an AI-assisted song analysis service. You upload an audio file and Sonar returns automated scores and recommendations covering dimensions such as hook strength, mix clarity and streaming readiness, alongside free browser tools for vocal removal, BPM and key detection, and mastering.

The first analysis needs no account. Creating an account unlocks saved report history; paid plans add higher analysis limits and additional tools.

You must provide a valid email address when creating an account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; we will remove your saved reports and personal data.

Sonar offers a free plan (1 analysis per month) and paid memberships: Artist ($7.99 per month), Pro ($14.99 per month) and Studio ($24.99 per month), with discounted annual options. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong and we will make it right.

We may change prices with reasonable notice; existing members keep their current rate until they change plans.

You keep full ownership of everything you upload. By uploading audio you grant Sonar a limited, temporary license to process that file for the sole purpose of producing your analysis. Uploaded audio is analyzed in memory and discarded — we do not store your original recordings.

You confirm you have the rights to any audio you upload. We do not claim any ownership of your reports; you may share or publish them freely.

• Don't upload audio you have no right to process.
• Don't attempt to bypass analysis limits, quotas or paid features.
• Don't scrape, resell, or repackage Sonar's output as your own service.
• Don't use the service to infringe others' rights or break applicable law.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Sonar's scores and recommendations are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only. They are opinions, not guarantees of commercial performance, and are not professional legal, financial, or label-signing advice. Contract and invoice templates in the producer toolkit are starting points, not legal documents — consult a qualified professional before signing anything.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use Sonar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
